Whether the goal is o lose weight, bulk up, tone down, or just feel better about ourselves, we all want to live life to the fullest. In order to do so, we have to maintain a certain level of health and general fitness. For a select few, this comes naturally. Unfortunately for the rest of us, it requires a much more conscientious effort.  
In an effort to promote general health and wellbeing, those of us at Charmed Reflections have endeavored to share our own personal successes (and failures) with the day-to-day challenge of living a healthy lifestyle in this instant (and not-so-healthy) society  that we have created. We hope that you will tag along on this adventure and share with us your own successes & maybe even a few of your stumbling blocks along the way!
